How does GoValidate work?
GoValidate uses AI to analyze Reddit conversations and identify real problems that people are discussing. It then helps you validate your startup ideas with comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and strategic execution plans.
What plans are available?
The Founder Workspace comes in two tiers: Pro at $29/month (1 validation report per month plus the validation workspace and PDF export) and Studio at $99/month (5 reports per month, everything in Pro, plus Reddit / competitor discovery, priority processing, and priority support). Prefer a one-time report? The one-off validation report is $49, paid once. Agencies and accelerators have dedicated packages — contact us to scope one.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your billing period.
How accurate are the AI-generated insights?
Our AI analyzes real conversations from Reddit to identify genuine problems and pain points. The insights are based on actual market demand, but like any startup research, success depends on execution, market timing, and your specific approach.
Do you offer refunds?
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact billing@govalidate.dev within 14 days.
Can I pause or cancel my workspace anytime?
Yes. The Founder Workspace is month-to-month — pause or cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do you ensure data privacy?
We take data privacy seriously. We protect account and workspace data, only process the information needed to provide the service, and explain the details in our Privacy Policy.
